What do I need to do to transfer from University of Arizona to Arizona State?

I’m getting bored of Tucson, and I would save money on rent going to ASU (I live relatively close).
I’m just starting my second year at UofA and was hoping to transfer in the spring or next fall at the latest.
Who do I contact to help me match over my transfer credit?
