Paul Fisher is a private consultant specializing in the use of creativity and theatre as tools of learning, communication, thinking, therapy, curriculum, and disability.
In 2007, Paul Fisher was recognized for his years of distinguished service in Arts and Education, by The Arizona Daily Star and The Tucson/Pima Arts Council with the Lumie Award. In 2003 he received the Buffalo Exchange Arts Award from the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona.
His methods have been widely adopted. He is a sought after Creative Thinking Teacher. He is an effective and experienced Theatre and essment Specialist. Mr. Fisher has worked in differing venues, in a variety of locations, throughout the US and in Europe and Africa.
Mr. Fisher is a performing artist, arts auctioneer, panel moderator and guest lecturer for “The Learning Curve” and art museums.
He is a published poet and writer. He consults with local School Districts, Charter Schools, the university of arizona, and, in the private sector, he has consulted and given workshops for INTUIT and Canyon Ranch, as well as many other organizations. He has taught theatre to juvenile offenders at The Catalina Mountain School. He has collaborated with teachers in many Tribal and rural settings. He is part of three year grant, “Southeastern Arizona Arts in Academics” from the Dept. of Education to collaborate with rural teachers in arts integration. It includes locations from Naco, AZ to the San Carlos Apache Reservation.
Mr. Fisher was the original Director of the nationally recognized Arts Education Program for the Tucson Pima Arts Council.
Referred to as “the Robin Williams of Education,” Mr. Fisher always provides a stimulating, hilarious and educational experience.
