Will an F on my transcript affect my chances in getting into Arizona State University?

Hey all. I’m currently a sophomore attending a community college with a 3.4 GPA.
I was taking 18 credit hours and I took a class through another local community college and ended up getting an F. I have never failed a class before, my lowest grade has been a B.
I want to transfer to arizona state university in the fall.. Do you think my F will affect my chances in getting admitted?

It makes you a marginal candidate. Take the class over again so a higher grade gets recorded instead.

    Don’t send your transcripts from the other community college then know one will ever know.

    if it’s on your official transcript from the CC you attend, you have to send it, but i doubt the one F will affect your admission decision that much. a 3.4 is definitely good enough for ASU. if it’s not on your official transcript and you would be sending a separate transcript for that class, just don’t send it.
